about WEA
Ensure that your ideas make a difference! Since its beginnings in 1989, Warger, Eavy and Associates (WEA) has successfully carried out its core goal: Help clients connect their ideas to their audience for the greatest impact. WEA assists you in communicating your ideas and information effectively—with clarity and style—by developing products that captivate and inspire your audience.
Principals
Cynthia Warger
Before forming WEA, Cynthia worked in publishing for two nonprofit organizations. Her work producing a trade journal and marketing materials earned her three Distinguished Achievement Awards from the Educational Press Association of America (now the Association of Educational Publishers) and a Washington EDPRESS Excellence in Print Award. A published author herself, she has a depth of knowledge in developing products that help clients achieve their communication goals. Cynthia received her bachelor’s degree (English major) and her doctorate in psychology from the University of Michigan.
Paul Eavy
Paul is an expert at building quality products that infuse creative designs with highly structured workflow requirements. Depending on the project, he can add value by writing software code to implement a desired effect, building a database to manage content, writing scripts to automate workflows, and/or populating a layout to promote consistent appearance and design integrity. He holds two master’s degrees—business administration and public policy—from the University of Michigan.
